TRESSES Calgary sells wigs, extensions and other personal-use hair products. To protect the health and hygiene of our customers, and reduce the risk of cross-contamination associated with items that may contact hair and scalp, we do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect personal selections, or style preferences where the item matches its description.
Please review the product details, length, lace construction, colour, texture and cap information before ordering. Previously worn, installed, cut, washed, coloured, chemically treated or altered hair products are not accepted for voluntary return.
Damaged, incorrect or defective items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us promptly at queries_tressesyyc@vakotlabs.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may assist our assessment. We will assess the circumstances and provide remedies required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits or removes rights and remedies provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.
