No Change-of-Mind Returns or Refunds
We do not offer voluntary refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Changes of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect selection of length, colour, texture, density, lace type, or cap size.
- Personal style preferences or expectations where the product matches its description.
- Products that have been worn, installed, washed, cut, coloured, chemically treated, or otherwise altered.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, photographs, measurements, and specifications before completing their orders.
Hygiene and Product Safety
To protect our customers, TRESSES Calgary does not accept previously worn or used hair products for voluntary return or resale as new.
